RETURN POLICY

Sparkle and Peony collection

Items in this collection ships from our home headquarters in WV- 

We gladly accept returns of brand new, unworn, not soiled (no deodorant, makeup stains, or any other stains), no animal hair, no smells(cigarette smoke, fragrance...) within 30 days of your order date.

Once the returned item has been returned and inspected, if it passes we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the item(s) returned minus the shipping fee

We hope that you LOVE your purchase but we understand that shopping online can be difficult to get your perfect size and color palette, therefore we happily accept returns of the following 
1. wrong size
2. did not meet your expectation
3. defective item (please see policy below)

Stylish Stationery

The handmade custom nature of this section makes it not eligible for returns. However if something is wrong with your order please reach out to sparkleandpeonyboutique@gmail.com with RETURN in the subject line explain the issue and we will do everything we can to assist you and make it right!

Exclusive GRAPHICS

1. If you receive your shirt and you are not 100% satisfied with your products please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your product for a return ticket to be started

- We will accept your brand new not worn graphic back and will issue you a store credit- shipping the shirt back to Sparkle and Peony boutique is the responsibility of the buyer

-store credit will not expire 

2. Not happy with product-If you receive your shirt and something is wrong with the graphic, the shirt is damaged in some type of way, the size is wrong 

**Damaged product- please take photos of the product along with the packaging and send to us at sparkleandpeonybotique@gmail.com

**Misprinted shirt- please take photos of the product and send to us at sparkleandpeonyboutique@gmail.com

**wrong size- please take a photo of the product including a photo of the tag and send to us at sparkleandpeonyboutique@gmail.com

-We will replace your shirt at no cost to you as long as long as all of the steps are followed(steps are listed above, make sure you are communicating with sparkle and peony boutique)

Defective/ damaged items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us within(48 hours)  2 DAYS  at sparkleandpeonyboutique@gmail.com CUSTOMER CARE in subject line to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

How to ship your return  

  • You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned. 
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Sparkle and Peony Gift card sent to your order's email address.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
